Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is open to existing Makeup Cartel customers who have placed an order between July 4th and August 9th, 2023, unless the Air Fresheners are sold out prior.
  2. To participate in the competition, your Instagram profile must be set to public when sharing your entry, in order for it to be tracked.
  3. Only one entry per person will be tracked for the competition.
  4. This competition is open worldwide, but only to existing Makeup Cartel customers.
  5. This competition is not affiliated with Instagram or any of the brands mentioned in the prize.
  6. Makeup Cartel reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  7. The winner will be notified through their Instagram profile by the official esmi Skin Minerals account, which is verified with a blue tick. Please do not provide any personal details to any other account claiming to be affiliated with the competition.
  8. If the winner fails to respond within 7 days of being notified, Makeup Cartel will redraw and choose a new winner.
  9. The value of the competition prize is subject to change and may be updated or modified by Makeup Cartel without prior notice.
  10. This competition requires participants to share the competition on their Instagram Story. The story must include a mention/tag of the official esmi Skin Minerals account. Only entries that meet these requirements will be considered valid.
  11. The competition entry period starts on July 4th 2023 and ends on August 15th 2023 at midnight. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible for consideration.
  12. By participating in the competition, participants grant Makeup Cartel the right to use and showcase their submitted entry (Instagram Story) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website features, and marketing materials.
  13. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
  14. The winner will be announced publicly on the official esmi Skin Minerals Instagram account and may be required to provide additional information (such as full name and address) to claim the prize. Makeup Cartel will handle all personal information in accordance with their privacy policy.
  15. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. In the event that the advertised prize is unavailable, Makeup Cartel reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
  16. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and Instagram's terms of service throughout the competition.
  17. Makeup Cartel and its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by participating in this competition or accepting the prize.
