1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURN
We hope you love your new products, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, or change your mind, we will accept product returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a change of mind return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and return the product to us within 30 days of the date you received your order at this address:

Product/s must be returned to us unopened, unused and with all original packaging and/or labels intact. If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, we will provide the customer a store credit valid to the value of the returned product/s less any freight or handling costs communicated in advance to the customer. This store credit will be for use at esmiskin.com and has no expiry.
Shipping fees associated with the return of goods are at the sole responsibility of the customer, except for faulty or damaged goods.
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept change of mind returns of opened cosmetics. If we are not satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, the product/s will be returned to the customer at the customer’s sole cost.
2. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please email email@example.com as soon as possible, with your order details and a photo of the faulty or damaged item, and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund.
If you have experienced a product reaction, please also fill out the Client Reaction Form.
Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt. Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original debit/credit card used.
We will cover the cost of shipping for returns of faulty or damaged goods.
This policy is only applicable for purchases made online from www.esmiskin.com we are unable to process returns for purchases made from other online or offline retail locations.
