Can I return the product?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, we do accept returns and are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange. You'll just need to:

2. Return the item unused and in original, unopened and undamaged condition.

How to use
How to
1. Cleanse: Start with a gentle cleanser to remove impurities.
2. Apply serum: Dispense a pearl size amount of Brightening 15% Vitamin C Serum onto your fingertips.
3. Massage: Gently massage into your face using an upwards motion. Apply to your neck and decolletage as required.
4. Moisturise: Follow with your favourite face moisturiser or face oil to seal in hydration.

How Often
Add Brightening 15% Vitamin C Serum to your existing skincare routine gradually by applying every second day. If your skin is responding well, switch to daily use.
Patch test: If your skin is prone to sensitivity, do a patch test before use. Simply apply a small amount behind your ear and wait for 24 hours to monitor for any sensitivity.

Vitamin C is generally considered safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding; however, your skin may be more sensitive during this time due to hormonal changes. We recommend seeking the advice of your healthcare practitioner before use and also patch testing to ensure this product is suitable.
This serum can be incorporated into your morning or evening skincare routine.
To ensure maximum effectiveness and minimise irritation, it's best to avoid combining Vitamin C with ingredients like Retinol or Vitamin A. If you wish to use these, consider applying them at different times of the day or on alternate days.
We recommend performing a patch test prior before using Brightening 15% Vitamin C Serum. If you have sensitive skin, it could be beneficial to focus on strengthening your skin barrier before gradually incorporating this serum into your esmi skincare routine.
It's normal for Vitamin C to darken slightly over time due to exposure to air and oxygen. To maintain its effectiveness, use within 6 months of opening and store in a dry place, away from direct sources of heat and sunlight.
