Can I return the product?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, we do accept returns and are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange. You'll just need to:

The Uncomplicated Cleanser
Apply a pearl-sized amount of the cleanser to damp hands and massage gently into skin with an upward motion. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water or remove with esmi's Microfibre Facial Cleansing Mitt.
Use in the morning and at night - don’t forget to double cleanse in the PM after wearing foundation. We recommend using an eye makeup remover first if you have a non-tubular mascara.
Hyaluronic Hydrating Serum
Dispense a pearl size amount of serum from the dropper onto fingertips and massage into the face after cleansing or exfoliation. Can be used morning and night on your skin and around the eye area.
24K Gold Nourishing Oil
Ideal for combination to dry skin, use the dropper to apply 2-3 drops of oil directly to the palm of the hand and massage into cleansed skin after applying other skin treats. Can be used morning and night and around the eye area.

I’ve watched Sarah’s Day for years with her promoting this brand - I was coming to the end of my products and thought I will give it a try as it promotes all the things I’m after safe, clean and hydrating products. Almost 2 years ago I started out with this bundle to help my acne prone, dry skin. It helped clear my skin and hydrate it so much. If I keep up a good skin routine I can leave the house without makeup on as it also evens out my skin tone. I have now gone onto purchasing other products from esmi and it is by far my favourite skin care company.

If you have sensitive skin and eczema like me the cleanser is not the product for you. I have used the hyaluronic acid and gold for the past year and gone through multiple bottles with no issues. When I used the cleanser I had a red rash over my face and my skin starting flaking off. It took over a week for the reaction to settle. Nothing against the product sure it is okay for people without sensitive skin snd eczema but in my experience it is not okay for all skin types.
